In the summer of 2027, YOCJ will embark on a tour of Northern Italy! We anticipate leaving on Saturday June 26th and returning on Sunday July 4th. We will visit Milan, Cremona, Alba, and Torino. YOCJ will visit a state-of-the-art museum featuring breathtaking instruments made by Stradivari, Guarneri, and Amati. YOCJ ensembles will perform twice, alongside Cremona music students there, as well as in the Alba Music Festival with musicians from that area. YOCJ and Firebird Fine Arts Tours will present travel details and accept registration in the Fall of 2026. Join us!

YOCJ regularly organizes extensive performance tours for our members. We usually bring a String Orchestra and Wind Ensemble, who also combine for full orchestra literature; as well as a Saxophone Ensemble, and most recently a Percussion Ensemble. Touring gives our students, families, and staff an unforgettable opportunity to experience new cultures and watch music history come alive. All our participants, students and adults alike, bond over the beautiful sights, delicious meals, and amazing music!
