Spring Large Ensemble Concerts

YOCJ will hold the Spring Large Ensemble Concerts on Sunday May 22, 2022
Yvonne Theater, Rider University

The timings are as follows:

3pm Concert
Wind Symphony
String Preparatory Orchestra
Pro Arte Orchestra
Pro Arte Orchestra & Wind Symphony

7pm Concert
Saxophone Choir
Symphonic Orchestra, featuring Senior soloists:
Rithika Iyengar, Clarinet, performing the Finzi Clarinet Concerto
Timothy Chen, Saxophone, performing the Creston Saxophone Concerto

COST:

$20 Adults
$15 Seniors & Students
YOCJ Students: FREE
Public & Private Music Teachers: FREE: Please email Mrs. Epps at executivedirector@yocj.org to reserve your ticket!

TICKET OPTIONS
*All tickets are valid for either or BOTH concerts!

1. Ticket Sales during Monday May 16 & Tuesday May 17 Rehearsals at Prince of Peace Church
(cash & checks accepted.)

2. Purchase tickets at the Sunday May 22 Concert at the Yvonne Theater, Rider University
(cash & checks accepted.)

3. Credit Card: Buy online via the secure PayPal link below. The link will ask for the quantity of the selected ticket type, once you are on the PayPal website. You will need to go through the process again to purchase any quantity of the other ticket type. Tickets purchased online will be labeled and waiting for you at the ticket table on the day of the concert. They will be sorted in alphabetical order by the first name of the person who purchases the ticket(s).

STUDENT CONCERT ATTIRE:

All-black attire for all students:

1A. Long-sleeved black blouse/dress shirt with black dress pants/long skirt (floor- or ankle-length).  Black ties optional.
OR

1B. Floor- or ankle-length black dress (with sleeves)
AND
2. Black dress shoes (closed-toe, no sandals) with long black dress socks/stockings

PARKING
